Frequently Asked Questions –
Where are Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches made?
Are there any Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches retail stores?
Our first retail store will be opening mid-summer in Queens. Details to follow.
Why do my cheesecake sandwiches look different in size?
Each of Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches is individually handcrafted, so no two are alike. The chocolate and fruits that are added to the Chocolate Chip, Milk Chocolate and Fruit-filled Cheesecake Sandwiches make them heavier, giving them a smaller appearance than our Plain Cheesecake Sandwiches, but we do weigh them for a 4 oz. consistency, which lucky for you are sometimes over 4 oz.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
All orders are final, so please be sure to check your order before submitting it at checkout.
What happens if I place an order and my flavor is sold out?
Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are freshly baked, and due to their delicious taste may be sold out periodically. If that occurs, send us an email and we will update you on availability, so you will receive your favorite flavors.
Is there a processing time after I place my order?
Yes. Because Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are freshly baked we sometimes need 24-48 hours to process your order. Our Cheesecake Sandwiches unlike regular cake need to set overnight before they can be removed from their individual baking pans.
Why do you only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, and the delays that sometimes occur with both air and ground delivery, we thought best to ship early in the week to prevent any weekend holdup that could create a spoilage situation, and ruin your experience.
Where can I buy the Single Pack?
Currently, our Single Packs are available at select stores. Although we do plan on expanding into new territories as we grow. Check our Where to Buy page for updates.
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes. Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are shipped frozen in overnight packaging with dry ice, and may spoil if someone is not available to place it directly into the freezer or refrigerator upon delivery. Please make arrangements to be home or have a neighbor take it in for you. We do not guarantee product beyond shipping time if left outside.
What is the best way to store Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches after they arrive?
If you are not eating them right away store them in the freezer for up to 6 months. Otherwise put them in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
What states does Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches deliver to?
Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are currently available in 51 states for overnight shipping.
Why do I sometimes receive Single Packs in my order instead of 6-Packs.
Distance and temperature can affect perishable products during transport, so during warmer months, and longer distances, our Single Pack containers are more suitable for shipping.
Do you deliver locally?
Not yet, but we plan to start delivery to a few select zip codes soon.
When will Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches be available outside the United States?
Detainment periods during custom checks prevent Grandma's Cheesecake Sandwiches from being shipped outside the United States given their perishable nature.
Can Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches cater my event?
Yes. Send us an email with your party details.
Are Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches sugar-free?
Do you make any other flavors besides, Plain, Chocolate Chip and Milk Chocolate?
Yes, and we plan to add flavors seasonally.
