Why do my cheesecake sandwiches look different in size?
Each of Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are individually handcrafted, so no two are alike. The chocolates, fruits, flavors, candies, cookies, and purees that are added to the Cheesecake Sandwiches sometimes make them heavier, giving them a smaller appearance, but we do weigh them for a 4 oz. consistency, which lucky for you are sometimes over 4 oz.
How do I eat one of Grandma's Cheesecake Sandwiches?
Grandma's Cheesecake Sandwiches are fully baked, and stored in the freezer for longevity. Some people prefer to eat them frozen because it's like cheesecake ice cream, while others like them thawed either at refrigerator or room temperature. Once you decide, simply pop it from its wrapping and take a bite. It's a sandwich, so no need for plates, and cutlery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
All orders are final, so please be sure to check your order before submitting it.
What happens if I place an order and my flavor is sold out?
Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are freshly baked, and due to their delicious taste may be sold out periodically. If that occurs, send us an email and we will update you on availability, so you will receive your favorite flavors.
Is there a processing time after I place my order?
Yes. Because Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are freshly baked we sometimes need 24-48 hours to process your order. Our Cheesecake Sandwiches unlike regular cake need to set overnight before they can be removed from their baking pans.
Why do you only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, and the delays that sometimes occur with both air and ground delivery, we thought best to ship early in the week to prevent any weekend holdup that could create a spoilage situation, and ruin your experience.
What is the best way to store Grandma's Cheesecake Sandwiches after they arrive?
For best results keep frozen until use. Freeze up to 1 year. Thaw times may vary by room temperature and outside climate. If refrigerating, enjoy within 7-10 days.
Where can I buy the Single Pack?
Currently, our Single Packs are available at our retail store, on Goldbelly, and the freezer section of select gourmet shops and supermarkets. We plan on expanding into new territories as we grow. Check our Where to Buy page for updates.
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes. Grandma’s Cheesecake Sandwiches are shipped frozen in overnight packaging with dry ice, and may spoil if someone is not available to place it directly into the freezer or refrigerator upon delivery. Please make arrangements to be home or have a neighbor take it in for you. We do not guarantee product beyond shipping time if left outside.

No, but we do all kinds of pre-ordered specialty cakes, and sell an array of other baked NUT FREE cakes, cookies, cake pops, and more out of our retail shop in Whitestone.

Yes, just fill out the ship-to address for the lucky recipient, and let them know a perishable shipment is on the way.
