I find myself swept up in it all, the excitement, the stress, the unknown...that's how it feels as I move day by day trying to create something that I can be proud of, and that people will enjoy.
You know how they say food is the key to a man's heart, well a good dessert is the path to everyone's sweet tooth.
I love what I do now each day, be it baking, selling or washing the pans because I am doing something that's mine, and I can share my experiences with complete strangers, and people I know.
